Registration Fee: $175 CDN + 13% HST for anyone registering by July 15/09 and $225 CDN + 13% HST after July 15/09. Cancellation deadline is July 15/09. A refund of $87.50 CDN will be given for cancellations prior to July 15 2009. Anyone who cancels after the deadline will not be eligible to receive a refund.
